Founded in 2017 by Janice Lahew, Dragonfly Creations began in a small kitchen with a big mission: to return to the art of traditional soap making without compromising on modern aesthetics or skin health. What started as a quest for a better bar of soap for my own family turned into a passion for sharing the luxury of botanical ingredients with the world.

Our journey began with a simple desire to bring the grounding essence of the outdoors into the sanctuary of the home. In a world that moves too fast, we wanted to create something that forced a pause. For us, that was the humble bar of soap: a tactile, fragrant reminder of the earth’s quiet power.

While we draw our inspiration from the forest, we use a thoughtful blend of high-quality fragrance oils—incorporating both nature-based and safe synthetic elements. This allows us to create complex, evocative scents (like the smell of a rain-drenched cedar or a warm amber) that are often impossible to capture with essential oils alone. Our blends are phthalate-free and curated for a long-lasting, sophisticated sensory experience

Every bar is hand-poured by Janice and cured in our Greene County, Pennsylvania studio. We don't just create soap; we create small, handcrafted moments of "home." So whether it’s the invigorating scent of crushed pine needles or the warmth of sandalwood, our products are designed to make your bathroom feel a little less like a room and a little more like a retreat.
